Where do we deliver?
We ship across the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Cost
Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders — including large freight items. No hidden fees.

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1 business day (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 11:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) will be processed the next business day.

Standard Delivery — Small & Medium Items

  • Handling Time: 1 business day (Mon–Fri)
  • Transit Time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri) for small and medium-sized items
  • Order Cut-off Time: 11:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST)

Freight Delivery — Large & Oversized Items

Some products — including gazebos, pergolas, playsets, riding lawn mowers, and generators — require freight shipping due to their size and weight. Here's what to expect:

  • Transit Time: 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and the freight carrier.
  • Delivery Appointment: The freight carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery window. You must be present to receive the shipment.
  • Curbside Delivery: The driver will deliver to your curb or driveway — not inside your home.
  • Inspect Before Signing: Always inspect the packaging for visible damage before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing to protect your claim rights.
Assembly Note: For products that include free assembly, please note that assembly scheduling begins after your delivery is completed. Once your item arrives, our team will contact you within 1-2 business days to coordinate your assembly appointment. Warehouse Location

All orders ship directly from our warehouse in Gold Canyon, Arizona (USA).

Multiple Addresses

We do not support multiple shipping addresses in a single order. For multiple destinations, please place separate orders.

Order Status & Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us at Contact@dalinex.com with your name and order number.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. All return shipping costs are covered by us — simply return the product and receive a full refund with no restocking fees. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
