Small and medium-sized items typically arrive within 1-3 business days after processing. Large items such as gazebos, pergolas, and generators are shipped by freight and typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. You can track your order using the tracking information sent to your email after your order ships. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days, please contact us at Contact@dalinex.com.
You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can enter your order number in the Order Status section on our website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Yes. Free assembly is available across the contiguous 48 U.S. states, subject to local contractor availability. Customers in Hawaii and Alaska should contact us before ordering. In the rare case that a local contractor is unavailable in your area, we will contact you to arrange the best alternative solution at no cost to you. Assembly is performed by our network of licensed third-party professionals at no additional charge. No hidden fees, no labor costs.
Eligible categories: Gazebos & Pergolas, Swing Sets & Playsets, Riding Lawn Mowers, Portable Generators, and Standby Generators. Note: Sheds, portable power stations, and other items outside these categories do not include free assembly service, but detailed assembly instructions are provided with every product.
