Your satisfaction matters to us more than anything else. If something isn't right — whether it's the wrong item, a damaged product, or simply a change of heart — we'll work with you to make it right. No runaround, no hassle.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 90 days of the delivery date. Here's what qualifies:
- Defective items: Eligible for return regardless of condition. If your item arrived damaged, malfunctioned, or is not as described, contact us and we'll make it right — no condition requirements apply.
- Non-defective items (change of mind): Eligible for return only if the item is in new or like-new condition — unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just reach out — we'll always try to find a solution.
How to Request a Return
- Reach Out First: Contact us at Contact@dalinex.com or +1 (928) 365-7968. If your item is damaged or defective, include clear photos and a short description.
- Wait for Instructions: We'll email your free prepaid return label within 1 business day of approving your return request. Please wait until you receive it before shipping anything back.
- Send it back: Once you receive your prepaid return label, use it to ship the item back. A valid tracking number is required.
Return Shipping Costs
- If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — we take full responsibility. We'll send you a free prepaid return label and cover everything.
- If you're returning for any other reason — we still provide a free prepaid label on all approved returns.
- Either way, there are no restocking fees. Once we receive and inspect your return (within 72 hours), your full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refund Process
- We inspect returned items within 72 hours of receiving them
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection
- You'll get your full amount back, including any original shipping costs
- We never charge restocking fees — not for any reason
Wrong or Damaged Items
Got the wrong product or something that showed up damaged? Just send us an email with a photo and your order number. You won't need to return it — we'll either ship you a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.
