We maintain purchase invoices and authorization documentation for all branded goods we sell. This documentation is available upon request and will be shared with advertising platforms or marketplace partners for verification when required.

Manufacturer Warranties

All products sold on dalinex.com are covered under the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms are provided by the manufacturer according to their terms and conditions. For warranty claims, contact us first — we will initiate the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf. For brands with direct consumer lines, we will provide the manufacturer contact to accelerate resolution.
