Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes. You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will stop processing your order and issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to Request a Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using one of the following methods:

What If My Order Has Already Been Shipped?

We cannot cancel an order that has already left our warehouse. However, you can still return it within 90 days of receiving it under our returns policy:

  • We will provide a free prepaid return label
  • No restocking fees — ever
  • Full refund processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item

What If I Ordered the Wrong Item?

Contact us immediately if you discover you ordered the wrong item. If the order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it and help you place a new one. If it has already shipped, our standard return policy applies.

In rare cases, we may need to cancel your order. This can happen if:

  • The item is out of stock or no longer available
  • We are unable to verify your payment details
  • We are unable to confirm your shipping address
  • There is a pricing or listing error on the product

If we need to cancel your order for any reason, you will be notified immediately by email and a full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.

Refund After Cancellation

Once your cancellation is confirmed:

  • Your full payment will be refunded to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued
  • Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account
