We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If something is not right with your order we are here to make it right. All return requests are responded to within 24 hours and we never charge restocking fees.

Return Eligibility

You can return an item within 90 days from the delivery date. To qualify:

β€’ Approval Within 24 Hours: We'll review your request and send you return instructions within 24 hours of receiving your message. Please hold off on shipping until you hear from us, this just ensures your return gets processed correctly and quickly.

β€’ Return the Item: Once approved, you can ship the item using any trackable and insured method. A valid tracking number is required.

β€’ Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail using a trackable shipping method. For eligible returns, we provide a free prepaid return label once your return request is approved.
Instructions and the return label will be sent to you via email. Please ensure the item is securely packaged and include your order number inside the package so we can process your return promptly.

Return Shipping Costs

β€’ For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs at no charge to you. A free prepaid return label will be provided.

β€’ For change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse returns, we also provide a free prepaid return label on all approved returns.

β€’ In all cases, once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued with no restocking fees within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Wrong or Damaged Items
