Manufacturer Warranty

All products sold on www.dalinex.com are included under the original manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Every product sold on dalinex.com is sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized U.S. distributors. Where applicable, sourcing and authorization documentation can be provided for verification purposes. All warranties, including what is covered, the duration of coverage, and how to obtain service, are governed by the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Warranty Coverage Includes

Replacement Parts

Some manufacturers may replace the unit, but some manufacturers only provide parts. In such cases:

• Parts are sent to the customer directly.

• Installation of replacement parts is generally the responsibility of the customer unless the manufacturer specifies otherwise.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

Warranty claim shipping costs will follow manufacturer policy. Some manufacturers cover the shipping cost of defective parts. Some others may ask the customer to pay for return shipping.

Warranty Limitations

• Unless stated otherwise, DALINEX LLC does not offer separate extended warranties.

• No change to the terms of manufacturer warranties.

• All warranty claims are at the discretion of the manufacturer.
